Rayman Origins Launch Trailer - Meet the New Crazy

Today we take a look at the trailer for Rayman Origins

Now here's a game I had not heard much about until watching this trailer. It looks like a really fun 2D platformer. The best part is that the trailer points out that they have 4-player co-op. If you paid attention when we were talking about the holiday Nintendo games we got to try out a while back, you may remember that out of those the one I was most excited about was Kirby's Return to Dream Land, which is another game I had not heard too much about until that point. This was also a 4-player co-op game, which Daisy and I played briefly with two Nintendo of America reps. Of course, this played a lot like New Super Mario Bros. Wii, one of the games I have had the most fun with in the past couple of years.

Getting back to Rayman, and now I'm going by the trailer alone, this looks like it will also be tons of fun. 4-player play (outside of shooters) used to be basically limited to Smash Bros. as far as the home consoles, so it makes me glad to see this aspect beginning to appear more. I'm currently downloading the demo for this, so I might give some impressions on this once I spend some time with it. Now, here's the trailer. Enjoy!
